Cat Eye Tutorial (4 steps)

I think this is my best tutorial yet enjoy!

For this tutorial you will need:

Waterproof Gel Eyeliner in Black

Black Mascara

Step 1:

Line your upper lid with the gel eyeliner, starting at the inner corner of the eye and creating a thicker line as you move outward.

Step 2:

At the outer corner of the eye, flick the line upward to follow where your bottom lid would extend and start to make the line thinner.

Step 3:

Apply Mascara.

Step 4:

Take the tip of the mascara brush and use it to feather the ends of your lashes.
