Cute Chic Eye Tutorial! (4 steps again)

Here is another tutorial by me!

For this tutorial you will need:

Black eyeliner

Purple eyeshadow

Blue eyeshadow

Black Mascara

Step 1:

Line both the top and bottom lid with your eyeliner.

Step 2:

Apply some of  blue eyeshadow on the top and bottom lid for a base color.

Step 3:

Add some purple shadow to the crease of your eyelid, but don't put to much on you want to be able to see the blue still.

Step 4:

Apply mascara and your done.
